Summit Estates “Tent Party” a great success

Summit Estates, located in Northwest Urbandale on 161st Street south of Douglas Pkwy, is Des Moines’ first single family residential development which will include amenities such as a clubhouse and pool. Now, that’s a reason to celebrate!
More than 50 excited builders, Realtors and prospective homebuyers recently gathered at the Summit Estates Open House “Tent Party” for free food, bar and entertainment. Scott Stewart of Peak 8 Development was on-site to discuss the project and a prize trip to Summit County, Colorado was awarded to 25-year-old Urbandale resident Ambria Luettjohann.
